"Egg" nog

  • 4 cups soy milk
  • 1 oz instant vanilla pudding powder
  • 1 cup nondairy whipped cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Combine 2 cups soy milk and instant pudding until thickened. Add remaining soy milk and whipped cream. Add vanilla, salt, nutmeg, Refrigerate overnight.
